Hiring Front Desk Staff

Front Desk Position – Southernmost Tattoo

We’re looking for a strong front desk coordinator to join our team at Southernmost Tattoo. This role is the hub of the shop and requires someone who can balance great customer service with organization and sales.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and assist customers with booking, walk-ins, and general inquiries.

• Help clients choose aftercare products and tattoos (with guidance from artists).

• Manage consent forms, payments, and daily operations at the desk.

• Keep the front of house clean, professional, and welcoming.

• Support artists by scheduling, assigning clients, and tracking appointments.

• Inventory

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills — friendly, professional, and confident.
• Commission opportunity on aftercare sales.
• Organization skills and the abilty to multitask are paramount
• Being a notary is a plus (will become certified).
• Must complete a bloodborne pathogens online course before starting.
