Meet Riley
Riley first landed in Key West at the age of nine, moving from Miami with her mom to be closer to her dad. After attending Key West High School through her sophomore year, life took her to Maine, where she finished her diploma and attended community college. Along the way, she balanced school with a job at a small-town grocery store—proof that she’s no stranger to hard work.
Her loves? Sushi, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Office, Step Brothers, and running what she calls her “internal jukebox” (trust us, you can’t compete with it). She’s also been told more than once that she bears a striking resemblance to Dakota Johnson from Fifty Shades of Grey—though she promises the resemblance ends there.
When we met Riley, she was working as a hostess at the well-known Key West restaurant, Salute. Her warm demeanor, sharp organization, and standout customer service made it instantly clear—she needed to be part of our team.
Today, Riley keeps the shop running smoothly, handling daily operations, inventory, appointments, walk-ins, consent forms, and helping customers choose the right tattoo and artist. She’s the friendly voice assigning the perfect fit, ringing up sales, and keeping the shop spotless. You’ll know it’s her when you’re greeted with an enthusiastic “HELLO!” the moment you walk in.
On top of all that, Riley is a bonded and licensed notary—just another reason she’s a key part of the Southernmost Tattoo family. Her favorite restaurant in Key West? Little Pearl—ask her about it, and you’ll probably end up making a reservation.
